Warranty Information:
It is our desire at dreamboardZzz.com to provide you with the best in quality and design. If there is any problem with the manufacturing of your product, or if any damage occurs during shipping, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you. In addition, all of our products carry a minimum of a one year warranty (some items, such as mattresses, carry a longer warranty that is noted in the product description). This warranty covers any damage that occurs due to normal use of the items. If any damages occur due to abnormal use, or if replacement parts are required after the warranty expires, replacement parts (in most cases) will be available for purchase from dreamboardZzz.com.

Return Policy:
At dreamboardZzz .com, we are very careful about the products that we carry and the manufacturers that we deal with. This philosophy seems to work, as returns to our company are extremely rare. However, if you do purchase a product and decide that it is not right for you, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items. To return an item, you must first contact a dreamboardZzz.com representative to get instructions. You will be responsible for getting the item back to us. You can either send any items yourself, or we can arrange for our freight carrier to pick the items up from you. Once we receive the items back, we will give you a refund in the form of a company check for the total amount of your purchase, minus any cost that we incur getting the items back to us. Please note that custom items may not be returnable.

VERY IMPORTANT:
It is our desire that all of our customers receive only the best in quality. Occasionally, products are damaged in the shipping process. PLEASE INSPECT ALL SHIPPING CONTAINERS BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THE ITEMS FROM THE FREIGHT COMPANY. If you notice any damage to the Boxes or Items, please note that damage on the shipping document before signing for the acceptance of the items. Please contact us immediately if you find any damaged items so we can arrange for the shipment of replacement items.

Shipping Services & Policies:
At dreamboardZzz.com, we really do offer affordable FLAT RATE shipping throughout the contiguous 48 States. That means that the price you see on our site is the price that you pay, with no hidden costs for shipping or handling (sales tax is charged to Massachusetts residents only). Unless otherwise noted, the free shipping is a to your door service. Assembly is required on most of our products and is only included for an additional fee unless otherwise noted. The items will be delivered by a national freight company during normal business hours (Monday-Friday only). The shipping company will arrange for a delivery appointment, but it is normally a range of time, not a specific appointment. Additional services are often available including expedited shipping, exact time appointment, after hours delivery, and additional handling, but additional charges will apply. Please note: We may not be able to offer residential or to the door deliveries to very remote parts of the country or to homes that do not have adequate truck access. In these rare cases, we will offer free shipping to at least the shipping company terminal, and home delivery may have an additional charge. If this is the case, you will be contacted before the items are shipped to discuss your options.

dreamboardZzz.com products can either ship from our distribution warehouse in The Brookfield”s of Massachusetts (AKA Apple Country), or directly from the manufacturer. Upon receipt of an order, dreamboardZzz will contact you via email or phone with an estimated ship date and an estimated delivery date for your purchase. Once the items are in your area, the freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange your delivery.

Quick Ship Program:
Most of our items are in stock and available for our quick ship program. This means that you can receive delivery on many of our items within 5-10 days. If items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know our earliest available shipping date. If an item is back ordered, we will not charge your credit card until the item ships. You can cancel an order at any time up until the time it ships (except custom orders).

Receiving your Shipment:
As you may expect from a furniture purchase, some of our items are quite large. Our products ship unassembled in boxes and some items may be crated to protect the items. Most of our orders include at least one box that weighs 80-100 pounds. With our basic delivery service, the delivery company will bring the items to your door, or place them in a garage: the delivery is not to a designated room within your home and uncrating or package removal is not included. If you have concerns about the size of the boxes, or would like additional information about our packaging, please contact us.

Delivery Services Available:
Basic Delivery Service
Available to almost all areas of the country, this is a service where the items are brought to your door. In most cases, this is a free service. The items will not be brought into the house, and there is no uncrating or package removal with the Basic service.

Other Delivery Services
Additional services are often available including expedited shipping, exact time appointment, after hours delivery, uncrating, and additional handling. Unless noted differently, additional charges will apply to all of these services.
